RELIGIOUS LIFE

On the various pages of this section on The Religious Life is described the many aspects of what constitutes the Vocation of Religious Priests, Brothers and Sisters. The information refers in most cases, to all styles of religious life and the many religious communities and orders throughout the Catholic Church.

Religious Life can be found in all branches of the Catholic Church...Roman Catholic (both Eastern and Western), Eastern Orthodox, Old Catholic/Old Roman Catholic, and Anglican.

The pictures and photographs used herein depict religious life from all of these traditions. Most of them are from various Roman Catholic communities since they constitute the largest segment of the vowed Religious Life throughout the world.
